Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the mail account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
